These Terms and Conditions govern your use of phil77's platform, including all gaming services, financial transactions, bonuses, and account management. By accessing or using phil77, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Each individual may hold only one phil77 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether for bonus abuse or any other purpose — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and potential forfeiture of balances.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC), applicable bonus wagering requirements, and phil77's anti-money-laundering procedures. Withdrawal requests that do not meet verification requirements may be suspended pending document submission.
Phil77 operates under a valid PAGCOR license. All games are certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories. The platform is subject to ongoing regulatory audits. Players in the Philippines are protected by PAGCOR's player dispute resolution framework.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between phil77 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," "your") who accesses, registers for, or uses the services available at phil77.club and any associated mobile interfaces, subdomains, or applications operated by phil77.
1.2 By completing the registration process, checking any acceptance checkbox during sign-up, depositing funds, or using any feature of the phil77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules.
1.3 If you are accessing phil77 on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and references to "you" throughout these Terms include both you personally and any such party.
1.4 Phil77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, subject to the notification procedure set out in Section 16. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1 To be eligible to hold a phil77 account and use the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:
2.2 Phil77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or termination.
2.3 It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that their use of phil77 complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence or access. Phil77 does not warrant or represent that the use of its services is lawful in any jurisdiction outside of the Philippines.
3.1 To access the full features of phil77, including depositing funds, playing games, and withdrawing winnings, you must complete the registration process and create a single account ("Account").
3.2 Each individual person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account at phil77. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Phil77 will close all duplicate Accounts upon discovery, and any winnings or bonuses associated with duplicate Accounts may be voided and forfeited.
3.3 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any additional information required by phil77's KYC process. You undertake to update your Account information promptly if any of the provided details change.
3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for two-factor authentication. Phil77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.5 You must notify phil77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. Phil77 reserves the right to require you to change your password or temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of a reported security incident.
4.1 Phil77 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money-laundering laws to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal transactions and upon reaching defined deposit thresholds.
4.2 As part of the KYC process, phil77 may request the following documents:
4.3 Phil77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing or place temporary hold restrictions on Account balances pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. This measure exists to protect players from unauthorized withdrawals and to comply with regulatory obligations.
4.4 All identity documents submitted to phil77 are processed and retained in accordance with the phil77 Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation.
5.1 Phil77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Available payment methods are displayed in the Account cashier and may be updated periodically.
5.2 Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are processed in real time and credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed during Philippine banking hours and typically reflect within two (2) to four (4) hours on banking days.
5.3 Phil77 does not accept deposits made from third-party payment accounts that do not belong to the registered Account holder. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be returned to the source account, and the associated player Account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.4 Phil77 does not charge deposit fees on GCash and PayMaya transactions. Standard bank transfer fees imposed by the receiving bank or InstaPay network are the responsibility of the depositing player.
5.5 All deposit transactions are denominated and settled in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion for any deposit made in a foreign currency will be performed at rates determined by the applicable payment provider, not by phil77.
5.6 Phil77 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits on Accounts and to adjust these limits based on Account verification status, transaction history, or risk assessment outcomes.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account cashier, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and the requirements of Section 4 (KYC).
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100). Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the Account cashier and may vary based on the selected withdrawal method and Account verification status.
6.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a payment account registered in the same name as the phil77 Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
6.4 GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) to thirty (30) minutes of request submission, subject to platform processing queues. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) banking hours on business days.
6.5 Phil77 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on GCash and PayMaya transactions. InstaPay network fees that may be applied by the receiving bank are external to phil77 and are not refundable.
6.6 Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) a bonus wagering requirement attached to the Account balance has not been met; (c) the withdrawal triggers phil77's anti-money-laundering review thresholds; or (d) there is an active investigation into Account activity or a security alert on the Account.
7.1 Phil77 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral bonuses, and game-specific free rounds. The availability, eligibility conditions, and terms of each promotion are set out in the specific promotion documentation published by phil77.
7.2 Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which represent the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before the bonus balance and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are specified in the individual promotion terms.
7.3 Phil77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that any change does not retroactively affect promotional terms already accepted and actively being used by a Player.
7.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, the use of bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinated play between multiple Accounts — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
7.5 Phil77 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent or abusive bonus claiming activity, regardless of whether the wagering requirement has been met.
8.1 All games available on phil77 are operated in accordance with the rules published by their respective game providers. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules prior to placing bets.
8.2 Phil77's Random Number Generators (RNGs) for non-live-dealer games are independently certified by approved testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages derived from certified game specifications and do not guarantee specific player outcomes.
8.3 Live dealer games are subject to additional rules specific to the live gaming environment. Players must complete their betting actions within the time allotted by the live dealer table before the betting window closes. Phil77 is not responsible for missed bets resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
8.4 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts a game session, phil77 will use reasonable endeavors to reconstruct the session outcome from available records. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet amount may be credited back to the Account balance at phil77's discretion.
8.5 Players acknowledge that the outcome of all games is determined by chance and that past game results have no bearing on future outcomes. Phil77 does not guarantee wins or specific return percentages in any individual session.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on phil77 and constitute grounds for immediate Account termination:
9.2 Phil77 monitors Account activity on an ongoing basis for indicators of prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, transaction reversal, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
10.1 Phil77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of: prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9; breach of any provision of these Terms; fraudulent activity; or a regulatory or compliance requirement necessitating account action.
10.2 Where an Account is suspended, the Player will be notified via their registered email address or mobile number within a reasonable timeframe. Phil77 will conduct an investigation and communicate the outcome to the Player.
10.3 Where termination follows a confirmed breach of these Terms, phil77 reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, including pending withdrawals, where that balance is linked to prohibited activity, bonus abuse, or fraudulent deposits.
10.4 Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting phil77 support. Any available balance in a voluntarily closed Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus-linked balances.
11.1 Phil77 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment and complies with all PAGCOR requirements relating to player protection and responsible gambling. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their Account settings.
11.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phil77 Account holders:
11.3 Where a Player activates self-exclusion, phil77 will take reasonable technical measures to prevent that Player from re-registering or accessing any Account on the platform during the exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent these restrictions.
11.4 Players experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to contact the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming Helpline, details of which are published on pagcor.ph. Phil77 support staff can provide referral information to this service upon request.
12.1 All intellectual property rights in the phil77 platform — including but not limited to the phil77 brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all content displayed on phil77.club — are owned by or licensed to phil77 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phil77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
12.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the phil77 platform or its content without prior written consent from phil77.
12.4 Game content available on the phil77 platform is owned by and licensed from third-party game studios. All third-party intellectual property rights are reserved by their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in respect of third-party intellectual property.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phil77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phil77 platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
13.2 Phil77 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. Phil77 will use commercially reasonable endeavors to minimize downtime and notify players of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
13.3 Phil77's total aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from any claim under these Terms, regardless of the legal basis of that claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
14.1 Phil77 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
14.2 Phil77 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. Your personal data is processed on the lawful bases of contractual necessity, legal obligation, and legitimate interests.
14.3 Phil77 may share Player data with third parties where required by PAGCOR regulatory requirements, anti-money-laundering law enforcement, or court order. Phil77 does not sell Player personal data to third-party marketers.

15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Any dispute arising in connection with your Account, game outcomes, financial transactions, or the application of these Terms shall be submitted first to phil77's internal dispute resolution process by contacting phil77 support. Phil77 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through phil77's internal process, Players may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's player complaint mechanism, as provided under phil77's operating license conditions.
15.4 Players and phil77 irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described in this Section.
16.1 Phil77 may amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, platform features, or commercial circumstances. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via registered email address or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a change is required by law or regulation to take effect on shorter notice.
16.2 The version of the Terms displayed on phil77.club/terms-conditions at any given time constitutes the current and operative version of these Terms. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document.
16.3 If a Player does not accept any amendment to these Terms, they must cease using the phil77 platform before the effective date of the amendment and may request voluntary Account closure. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
